Office Manager
As the office manager, I supervise our staff, coordinate patient insurance benefits, make financial arrangements with patients, and process insurance claims. I love having the opportunity to help each patient gain confidence as their smile changes. It is also rewarding to assist families in making financial arrangements, thereby making orthodontics an option for their child. I married my high school sweetheart, Matthew, and we have twin children, Lexi and Eli. We also have Max, the chocolate lab. When I am not helping my patients at work, I enjoy exercising, interior decorating, remodeling our home, and spending time with my family and friends outdoors.

Treatment Coordinator
I assist our patients with many of their financial and treatment planning needs. This includes financial consultation, processing payment agreements, and filing insurance. Our patients grow and change so fast during their treatment! I love to hear about their school, after school, and family activities. The best part is when they get their braces off; they can’t stop smiling! I am married to Dr. Mike and we have three children: Amanda, Tyler, and Evan. We have two furry children at home as well: Sparky the English Setter and Kenlee the Shih Tzu. I love gardening, photography, hiking on our farm, and reading a great book, but my favorite time is spent with family and friends.

First and foremost, I am dedicated to making sure my patients are comfortable and happy. My favorite part of my job is not only the patients but their families, too. In orthodontics, we see patients about once a month, so they become like family to me! At home, I love spending time with my beautiful curly-haired daughter Aryssa, along with my fiancé Aaron. We have a spoiled Boxer named Meeka that we enjoy taking for walks and playing with in the yard as a family.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked as an assistant, and I joined Dr. Adkins in 2013. I assist him with placing the braces on teeth, adjustments, clinical charting, sterilizing instruments, patient education, stocking inventory, patient records, and patient care and comfort with and during procedures. I enjoy watching our patients grow and gain confidence as we change their smile. At home, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love boating and we have a houseboat on Patoka Lake on which we spend a lot of time.

I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana and recently joined Dr. Adkins’s practice. I love being able to experience the excitement and confidence the patients have when getting their braces off and seeing their new smile. The feeling that you have helped a patient along through their journey through braces is very rewarding! I currently live at home in Vincennes with my parents and my daughter, Peyton. I enjoy any outdoor activity, and love spending time with my daughter and family.

Orthodontic Assistant
I assist Dr. Adkins with various procedures, including patient charting, sterilizing instruments, taking patient records, delivering retainers, debanding patients, and patient adjustments. I joined the team in 2012, right after graduating from Vincennes University-Jasper campus with a degree in dental assisting. I love knowing that every treatment we do in our office is helping a patient progress to a healthy, beautiful smile. At home, I have a daughter named Jenna, and two dogs. I enjoy helping my boyfriend on his farm and spending time with my family.
